The khaki green hand-tufted wool and viscose rug, named Muse, results from the artistic explorations of renowned architect, Reda Amalou. This architect, recognized for his hotel projects and resorts around the world, including the recent Six Senses in Crans Montana, constantly regenerates his creativity. He continues his investigations into shapes, lines and color palettes, giving life to captivating screen prints. It is precisely this creative process that inspired Toulemonde Bochart to produce this Muse rug using the hand tufting technique, available in two distinct color versions.
The Muse opera rug is characterized by a play of contrasts between deep red hues and the luminosity of optical white, all made in wool. As for the Muse khaki rug, it combines deep green wool surfaces with shimmering viscose sections, creating a contrast between matte and shiny. The unconventional shape of this composition further reinforces the exclusive and artistic aspect of this rug, whose pattern remains unique.
