1. Kõik laos olevad tooted ja nende tellimused täidetakse pärast makse laekumist mitte hiljem kui viie tööpäeva jooksul.
2. Järeltellimisega tooted on märgitud vastavalt. Borastapeteri ja Duro tapeetide tarneaeg on 2-3 nädalat, teistel tellitavatel tapeetidel on tarneaeg maksimaalselt 4-6 nädalat. Liistude ja seinapaneelide ning vaipade tarneaeg on 3-4 nädalat.
3. Kui kauba juures on märgitud tarneaeg/järeltellimisel, siis täpsema info tarneaja kohta saad küsida Sisustusplussist (https://sisustuspluss.ee/kontakt/).
4. Kui Ostja poolt tellitud kaup on laos otsa saanud või tootmine on lõpetatud, teavitab Müüja Ostjat sellest viivitamatult, annab teada uue kauba saabumise aja või tagastab soovi korral raha.
5. Transporditeenuse liik “Tulen ise järele” kehtib ainult tapeetidele.
Kaubad saab kätte Müüja salongist aadressil Tehase 16, Tartu.

Transporditeenuse liik “Kuller” – Sisustuspluss pakub koostöös kullerteenuste ettevõtetega transporditeenust suuremõõtmeliste pakkide kohaletoimetamiseks Ostja valitud aadressile.
6. “Kuller” teenuse hind on alates 19.00 € sõltuvalt toote mõõtudest, sh kaalust.
