The hand-tufted pink wool rug by Géraldine Prieur, a talented interior designer, is the latest creation from the famous designer. In addition to her projects for hotels in Paris and boutiques in London, she devotes herself to furniture design, and this time, she put her talent at the service of Toulemonde Bochart to design this unique rug. Inspired by the exuberance of 70s pop culture, whether in fashion or design, this hand-tufted Flower Power rug skillfully plays with variations in level. The stylized floral design is revealed in layers, stretching from the outer edges to the details at the heart of the flowers that compose it. The rounded corners add a distinct retro touch, as do the era-reminiscent hues, ranging from pink to purple. Made from New Zealand wool blend, this rug can be customized in terms of size and special colors. Its maintenance is simple, requiring only a brushless vacuum cleaner and a thorough cleaning by a professional every four years or so, depending on its use.
