The Muse carpet, the fruit of the artistic research of Reda Amalou, a renowned architect known for his hotel projects around the world, such as recently the Six Senses in Crans Montana, decorated by Toulemonde Bochart, is the result of a continuous creative approach. Amalou relentlessly explores captivating shapes, lines and colors through fascinating screen prints. Toulemonde Bochart was inspired by this work to produce a magnificent hand-tufted wool rug available in two color versions.
The Muse “opera” rug plays on the contrast between deep red tones and optical white, all made in wool. On the other hand, the Muse “khaki” rug combines flat areas of deep green wool with a portion of shimmering viscose, creating a contrast between matte and shiny. The unique shape of this composition reinforces the exclusivity and artistic aspect of this rug with its remarkable design.
